Your trust matters to me, and I hold it with the same care I bring to every session. This page explains how your information is protected, and what we each agree to as we work together.
I collect only what is needed to care for you: your name, your email address, and anything you choose to share with me in your intake or during our work together. All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal, so your card details are never seen or stored by me.
Your information is used solely to process your booking and payment, to arrange and deliver your session, to create your personalised recording, and to remain in touch with you about your work with me. It is never sold or shared.
Your information is kept only for as long as it is needed to support you and to meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is securely removed.
The RTT® Immersion is a private intensive. It begins with a $55 discovery call, which is a one-time payment and is fully deducted from the total $555 investment should you choose to proceed. The remaining balance is arranged with you and is due before your immersion.
I schedule every session personally by email so we find a time that feels right for you. If you need to reschedule, that is completely welcome with at least 24 hours notice.
The $55 discovery fee is non-refundable, as it reserves dedicated time for you. Because of the personal nature of the work, the immersion itself is non-refundable once the session has begun. If something arises beforehand, reach out to me and we will find a way forward together.
The personalised recording created for you is for your own personal use and is not to be shared, copied, or reproduced.
RTT® and Reiki are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care, and they are not used to diagnose or treat any condition. If you are under medical or psychological care, please continue it and consult your practitioner as needed. By booking, you confirm you are 18 or over and that you will share honestly anything relevant to your suitability, such as epilepsy, current medication, or ongoing treatment. No specific outcome is guaranteed, as every person responds in their own way.
Everything shared within your intake and your sessions is held in the strictest confidence, always.
