General FAQ
How do I care for my physical crystals?
Handle your crystal gently and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Care depends on the individual piece: ask Andreea before using water, salt, chemicals, heat or prolonged sunlight. Crystal meanings are spiritual associations, not medical claims.
What is included in the Digital Vault?
The Digital Vault is the home for future subliminals, Reiki activations, hypnosis audios, meditations, frequency audios and downloadable guides. Each released offer will explain exactly what is included and how to use it. No digital download is currently offered for purchase here.
Are the subliminals safe for everyone?
Follow the instructions provided with each audio and listen at a comfortable volume. Hypnosis and relaxation audios should not be used while driving or doing anything requiring full attention. If you have concerns about suitability, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. No audio guarantees a particular result.
What is the return policy?
Contact andreea@thefrequencyvault.store before sending any item back. Include your order reference and explain the issue; for an item received damaged, include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Confirm the applicable return arrangements before purchasing.
