Making room for integration after a private session
The time after a private session deserves as much intention as the appointment itself. Integration means making room to reflect on your experience and practice what feels useful in everyday life, without demanding an immediate or perfect result.
The RTT® Immersion at The Frequency Vault includes a personalized hypnotherapy recording and 21 days of listening and integration. Approach those days as a period for consistency, observation and gentle follow-through rather than a test you need to pass.
Choose a comfortable setting where you can listen without interruption and follow the guidance given for your recording. Listen only when you can give it your attention safely, never while driving or operating machinery.
Keep a short journal. Note a familiar situation, the thought that appeared, how you responded and what you would like to practice next. Small, specific observations can be more useful than trying to prove that everything has changed.
Connect your inner work to an ordinary action: a conversation, a boundary, a decision or a habit you can realistically repeat. An intention becomes easier to revisit when it has a place in the life you already live.
Use the personal integration guidance and aftercare access included in your immersion to raise questions with Andreea. Experiences vary, and a recording or session cannot promise a particular result.
Subconscious and energy practices are complementary personal support, not a replacement for appropriate medical or mental healthcare. Your pace and comfort matter throughout the process.
